Our Flavours
                     Extra Vergin Olive Oil

The Italian Olive growing industry has an astonishing number of different cultivars (types of trees). Some 500 have been registered, with another 250 still to be defined, each one producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a different flavour and bouquet, just as with wine. Spain, the world's largest producer of oil, on the other hand, has only 25-30 varieties of olive trees. The heritage of tradition, culture and quality found in organic farming and Extra Virgin Olive Oil production has been absorbed by the Antico Frantoio Trampolini company.

Our product range summarizes this wide variety of flavors and fragrances.

Black Label’ is a superlative oil obtained from olives harvested between mid-October and mid-November, when the fruit has not yet reached full ripeness. It has a fruity and intense scent and flavour, ideal for serving with bruschetta (toasted bread), roasted and grilled meats, grilled vegetables, legume soups and wherever full flavour is needed.

Gold Label’ oil, made from the olives harvested in the second half of November when the fruit matures, has a fruity aroma and delicate flavor suitable for fish and white meats.

'White Label' obtained from olives that have reached full ripeness, yielding oil of a classic style, ideal for dressing any dish.

Finally, our ‘Absolute Italy’ range, which offers a taste of oils produced from the fruit of the most commonly cultivated olive trees in Italy.

Our aim is to maintain our generation-old tradition, and spread the words ‘Made in Italy’ worldwide.
