An Olive juice, with the intense and fresh fragrance of freshly harvested olives. Available exclusively during the olive harvesting period, i.e., from mid-October to December, our Freshly Squeezed Novello Extra Virgin Olive Juice has a very high content of Polyphenols that enhance the bitter and spicy characteristics, releasing intense scents of freshly harvested Olives.

It is a unique product in its characteristics, dense and full-bodied with a deep green color. The slight sedimentation that inevitably forms at the bottom of the bottle is synonymous with the genuineness of the product.

Extraction takes place within 12h of harvesting, cold. To fully enjoy its characteristics, its use is recommended strictly raw, on bruschetta, boiled potatoes and soups in general.
