In the heart of the Perugian hills, Frantoio Trampolini welcomes you to an immersive sensory experience inside its charming historic rooms dating back to 1270, where tradition and innovation blend harmoniously. Surrounded by ancient stone walls and modern extraction equipment, we will guide you on a journey that reflects our passion for Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
You will have the opportunity to visit our olive mill, walk through the centuries-old olive grove that surrounds it, and discover the secrets of olive oil production through two tasting experiences, designed to let you savour the authentic character of Umbrian olive oil.
Tastings are available by reservation only, every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. For small groups of 6 people or more, it is also possible to arrange additional dates outside the regular tasting schedule, subject to advance booking.
TASTING “OIL MILL”
A guided tour of the olive grove and the mill, during which we will take you on a journey through the production process and the different stages involved in making Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of our different types of EVO Oil, carried out using professional tasting glasses, helping you learn how to recognise their aromas, characteristics and distinctive qualities.

TASTING “OIL MILL AND UMBRIAN FLAVORS”
A richer experience combining a guided tour of the olive grove and the mill, with an explanation of the production process, followed by a tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils paired with a selection of traditional Umbrian specialities.
At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy bruschetta, salads, cured meats, cheeses and truffle crostini, carefully selected to enhance the distinctive characteristics and aromas of our oils.
