In the heart of Perugiaʼs hills, the Trampolini Oil Mill welcomes you for an immersive sensory experience inside the evocative halls of 1270, where tradition and innovation coexist harmoniously. Between ancient walls and modern extraction equipment, weʼll take you on a journey that tells the story of our passion for Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
It will be possible to visit our oil mill, walk through the centuries-old olive grove that surrounds it, and discover the secrets of production through two tasting proposals designed to give you a taste of the authenticity of Umbrian oil.
