During the tour youʼll discover all the stages of olive processing, from harvesting to transformation into Extra Virgin Olive Oil, following a path that will make you appreciate the care and attention we put into every detail. The explanations will be simple but in-depth, suitable both for those approaching this world for the first time and for those who want to learn more about extraction techniques.

The experience continues outdoors, with a walk among the centuries-old olive trees surrounding the oil mill: a corner of authentic Umbria, where you can breathe in the beauty of the landscape and understand the deep connection between territory, agriculture and the quality of the final product.
